• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Belle Energie LLC is not responsible for any natural or environmental factors during the shipping process. We will ship out products at the specified time frame promised. However, we advise that you place your order in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All address errors must be reported 24 hours after purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time will take between 1 to 10 business days depending on the products purchased. The tracking information will be sent via email after products are processed.

SHIPPING TIME

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 4-7 Business days

Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5-20 Business day transit times to International: 15-45 business days

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Klarna & PayPal.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 10-days Refund Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 10-days Refund  Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a refund, please send a picture/video of product accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For refund request, please email belleenergie.services@gmail.com with the subject 'Refund Request' and include your order number, name and the reason for the refund. Include everything listed above. (picture/video and proof of purchase) 
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When refund requested item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. If Customer requested store credit, it will be available.
